Terms of service
The terms that apply when you use this website or contact Panda2Work v/Guo Yu Pan. Last updated 29 October 2026.
1. About us
This website is operated by Panda2Work v/Guo Yu Pan, a sole proprietorship registered in Denmark under CVR 34003602, VAT DK34003602, Øster Farimagsgade 20, 1. th, 2100 København Ø, Denmark. Phone +45 30 47 81 27, email relations@panda2workvguoyupan.com.
2. Scope
These terms apply to your use of the website at panda2workvguoyupan.com and to enquiries you send us. The website gives general information about our video game publishing services. It is not an offer that can be accepted online.
Publishing collaborations, and any other services, are only entered into through a separate written agreement. If that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies. If you buy a game we publish through a digital storefront, the storefront’s own terms apply to that purchase.
3. Use of the website
You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not try to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it or use it to send unlawful or harmful content.
4. Material you send us
When you send us a pitch, build, video or other material, you keep all rights to it. We use it only to review your enquiry and reply to you. Sending material does not create a publishing agreement or any obligation for either side.
5. Intellectual property
The texts and design of this website belong to Panda2Work v/Guo Yu Pan unless otherwise stated. You may share links to the site, but you may not copy substantial parts of it without permission.
6. Accuracy of information
We aim to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date. It is general information and does not replace an individual assessment of your game or your situation.
7. Liability
We are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of this website, including loss of profit or data. We are not responsible for the content of external websites we link to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Danish law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory Danish law.
8. Complaints
If you are not satisfied, please contact us first at relations@panda2workvguoyupan.com, describing the issue. We will confirm that we have received your complaint and try to find a solution with you.
If you are a consumer and we cannot agree, you can complain to the Danish Complaint Resolution Centre (Center for Klageløsning), Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark, via www.forbrug.dk.
9. Personal data
How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy and cookie policy.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are settled by the Danish courts, with the City Court of Copenhagen (Københavns Byret) as the court of first instance, unless mandatory consumer rules give you the right to bring a case elsewhere.
11. Changes
We may change these terms. The version published on this page at the time you use the website applies.
